Because I am on vacation, there has unfortunately been no updates of the blog lately:( I´m still on the road, but has now had some time to edit a couple of pictures from the start of my holiday. It started with visiting some friends on Malmøya, a small and very nice island right behind the container harbour in Oslo. This island with narrow roads (and some big million dollar houses) had many surprises, including a great bird life on by the sea:) Here are some pictures from my days at Malmøya.
The summer has not arrived on Andøya yet, but pictures can lie and makes it look hot and sunny:) Here are some pictures from the last days on the island.
The last picture are from a trip to Bleik beach in the middle of the night, and in the middle of the famous summer fog that we have here on the cost på the gulf stream. Check out my girlfriends flickr site to se the result of her self portrait in the fog.

Last saturday Andøya Airshow 2010 took place at Andøya Air Station here in Andenes. 3000 people came to watch the aircrafts put together a great show, that was completed with our own P-3 Orion maritime patrol aircraft (the picture above). Here are some pictures from Andøya Airshow 2010.

It summertime in Andenes, at least on the calendar… In the real world its 6 degrees on the thermometer and according to www.yr.no Andenes was the place in whole Norway were it rain most the last day:( Here are some pictures from the summer in Andenes today.
